I’m an engineer in Electronics, and I’ve being working all my professional career in High Tech Industries. Throughout my career at HP and Microsoft, I managed specialized Business Units and created profitable and sustainable growth and performance through:
• The implementation of new sales models,
• The drive of the Relationship and Support to clients,
• The signing of strategic business partnerships.
Since 2013, I’m co-founder of AXISCOPE, a start-up that develops and sell a collaborative solution to digitalize Procurement and Quality processes.
Our aim is to capitalize on information technology innovations to bring value to the Enterprise Purchasing and Quality stakeholders.

Axiscope has developed a complete Quality Assurance Process Management module integrated into Axiscope DSP, which allows manufacturers to better manage compliance and anticipate supplier-related risks. As part of the supplier approval or audit process (VDA standard compatible), periodic information collection campaigns are used to verify the compliance of suppliers and their processes with standards or regulations.

Our system makes it possible to define, standardize and manage the activities of advanced planning and quality control of suppliers as well as their processes and production tools. APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) modules, management of non-conformities, chargebacks, requests for derogations as well as progress action plans complete this management system for the supplier and risk management policy.

WHAT IS THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE YOU’VE FACED SO FAR?


Our biggest challenge is the level of maturity of the Procurement function.
The role of Purchasing is not always considered strategic within organizations, when it becomes more than critical to better manage Supplier Risk and Quality to ensure revenue growth.
Purchasing teams need tools to meet these challenges. Digitizing procurement addresses these issues by automating end-to-end supplier management and Procurement processes.
But company’s internal decision making process for such software investment is very long and demanding.
Which is sometimes a nonsense considering how critical Purchasing Team’s mission is for the company sustainability.
