Tell us about yourself?
I have been an entrepreneur for almost all of my life. Since my teenage years, I had all kinds of initiatives to create and sell products that could better solve some existing problems.
In 2008, I started a digital agency that we successfully exited when we launched Bright Spaces in 2019.
I am deeply passionate about technology and how we can use our resources to work and live in a more meaningful and sustainable way.
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
Have faith in yourself and the team. Hard work pays off! 🙂
What problem does your business solve?
The Unchanged Processes of Showcasing, commercializing & managing real estate still relies on traditional: tools, costly manual tasks & in-person meetings.
Although we are discussing the biggest asset class in the world, we are still witnessing fragmented communication between the main stakeholders: Landlords, Brokers and Potential Clients or Tenants.
This translates into long deal cycles for Researching, Pitching, Commercialising, and Divesting properties.
On top of this, over 85% of the potential tenants would like to digitally research and virtually visit a space before going to the building in person. We help Landlords and Agents lease more spaces, faster!
What is the inspiration behind your business?
We started Bright Spaces because we saw an important opportunity in the real estate market. Most processes and activities in this industry are often done manually, using traditional tools that slow down the sales cycle and cost companies valuable time.
What we are doing is that we are bringing together multiple solutions in an integrated approach to how leasing, management, planning and showcasing are being performed.
Through Bright Spaces, commercial landlords can showcase their spaces digitally in 3D, in an online, interactive environment that mimics their own places.
At the same time, they will get real time updates and insightful data over potential clients and their buildings. Furthermore, there’s an extra layer we’re adding that already sees an increasing interest nowadays.
Our solution contributes to our clients’ ESG policies, enabling them to grow sustainably, while reducing marketing and traveling-related costs.
What is your magic sauce?
Besides the tech, our magic sauce is our team and the culture we are actively building.
By promoting a culture based on self-management, accountability, proactiveness and transparency, we are growing a company that is agile and ready to meet and exceed our clients’ requests.
We are continuously developing our product, always considering new technologies and solutions that can help landlords lease faster and easier.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
We will build a digital twin for any commercial real estate out there, enabling any landlord to showcase, lease or sell their current or off plan properties.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
The biggest challenge, for now, is very much related to changing processes that are so well embedded in the “usual way of doing things”.
Real estate is known to be a rather traditional industry, with its way of doing business and its mostly manual processes. We are working towards proving that now, more than ever, being digital-first is vital.
How do people get involved/buy into your vision?
