Tell us about yourself?
Came to Poland, Europe as a migrant from the USA. Spent years stuck in a job I didn’t feel passion for just to pay the bills. Decided to change circumstances and become a business owner, while having on mind those other young people who are similar to me, struggling to find a job or have one that is limiting them. Started matching brands with influencers (regular people who just have 2000+ followers on social media) with local businesses who didn’t have a large budget to market themselves.
What is the inspiration behind your business?
my first campaign was for a local bubble tea shop, I matched it with a friend who had 20K followers on Tiktok. he got a small fee and the brand got massive number of likes and sales after the video went viral for few days.
The friend took the product videos as a career which is allowing him now to pursue his dreams of video making, traveling and dancing. And the brand is becoming gen z favorite.
That sort of success, is what inspired me to build something around it to enable more youth to make a living doing what they love and help small businesses take on big names
What is your magic sauce?
There are many other influencer marketing platforms on the market, but we focus on innovating new technologies that get us closer to combining performance with influencer marketing. To answer the most challenging questions like what’s the ROI of my campaigns? Which influencer do I recruit? Does their audience data match my campaign goals? etc.
Where do you see your company going in 5 years time?
We believe that influencer marketing is going to become more and more popular. As more people start to use IG, Tiktok more influencers will appear. We also believe that influencers will start to play a bigger role in advertising.
As for our company, we are working on disrupting a 30 Billion dollars industry and we imagine in 5 years, we will be a market leader and a unicorn from Poland
What has been your biggest setback so far?
The biggest challenge we’ve had is how to build such an innovative system and platform on a very low budget. We solved this problem by working for a year and a half under an EU incubation program for innovative IT solutions, which qualified us to receive a grant of $250,000 by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP)
What is the next big challenge for your business?
is educate brands about the benefits of sponsoring young creators over expensive TV ads or working with big names
How do people get involved/buy into your vision?
We stared with an online academy where our course fundamentals of influencer marketing was watched 2000 times. We are working now on organizing influencers hub idea in Poland, the idea itself is not new but it wasn’t done in Poland before. Basically, we are hosting the tope 10 influencers in Poland in a house for a month and will see the creative content that would come out of it
