Tell us about yourself?

Customer service is in my DNA, having a background of customer relation manager, the importance of offering outstanding customer service level is very clear to me, so when I started this project in Oct8ne I was very enthusiastic, and I still am, I strongly believe in the potential of the product we sell, and I’m fully committed with the company expansion mission.

What is the inspiration behind your business?

The fact that you can’t see the product when you buy online, it has always been an obstacle in the purchase process, so the aim of Oct8ne was to break this barrier and make online purchases as similar as possible to the one of a brick and mortar store. Our main customer is ecommerce, but we see more and more services using our software, especially since when we have expanded our line of products to chatbot and messaging service.

What is your magic sauce?

Our visual support, the so called coviewer, that allows customer to see and interact with images and agents to see the navigation history of the customer, so the communication is fast and easy.

Where do you see your company going in 5 years time?

As a leader in all the northern European countries and LATAM countries

What has been your biggest setback so far?

At the beginning, when we already thought we had the product ready, we did a test with several clients in beta phase and the product did not work in a real environment, it could not handle the traffic of a medium-sized website, and to fix it, we had to find a new CTO and re-do large part of the code to be able to work perfectly with any type and size of client.

What is the next big challenge for your business?

Become a leader in all the northern European countries and LATAM countries

We work with ecommerce and service of all sizes, if you are a small business we help you to grow, if you are a big company, we help you sell even more and automize the workflow of your team. Our price model is per licence, meaning per number of agent connected simultaneously and we have different rates so we can easily adapt to all kind of businesses
