If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
Today is the best day of your life, enjoy it! Use daily )))
What problem does your business solve?
In our portfolio you’ll find global brands like Coca-Cola, NIVEA, Nestle, as well as local businesses and startups. We help our clients to establish effective communication with their audience. For that we create strategies & ideas + use plenty of different digital instruments — ad campaigns, SMM, websites and all sorts of digital content.
What is the inspiration behind your business?
Businesses are driven by results, and we are no exception. Efficiency of marketing efforts, results our clients get keep us going. Another aspect is the process itself. We highly value the aesthetics side of things. Visual identity challenges are a constant source of inspiration.
What is your magic sauce?
Competition is harsh & being effective is a baseline for everyone. What we have above that is hospitality culture, readiness to walk an extra mile: organize a conference to support a digital campaign, film a home video to visualize creative ideas, share expertise or cup of coffee. Another ingredient is charismatic people we enjoy working with & our clients enjoy working with. We have team members staying with Red Graphic for more than 10 years, and clients – for 15/20 years. Effectiveness is essential, but we believe that, in the end, who you reach it with is what counts the most.
What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
Digital world is constantly changing & we will keep changing with it. We love change, it gives us the opportunity to learn and evolve. We have been doing it since 1992, shifting from print to websites & banners, and then to digital campaigns & social media. We would like to stay an authentic homely agency & embrace new challenges together with our clients.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
Like everyone we faced lots of challenges with pandemic & remote mode. And, like many, we have adapted our internal processes & found the good sides in life & work balance. What hurts though is talking to clients with no video. Face to face communication helps to be on the same page a lot.
How do people get involved/buy into your vision?
Strategy, digital campaign, website, SMM, all sorts of digital content – you name it. We appreciate good challenges and demanding clients. If you need a strong extension to your marketing team – let’s talk on www.redgraphic.com
