Tell us about yourself?

I have the chance to develop the foundation I received with my psychology undergraduate education in practice with my graduate education, field studies and researches.

It motivates me to deal with the issues of business life, where people spend most of their lives, and to work on people doing what they love where they love.

Therefore, I do my job with the excitement of learning something new and touching a new person every day. I want to be as close as possible to people and touch their lives for make difference for their motivations, happiness, personnel development and work-life balance.

I prefer make use of the Psychology infrastructure I have when presenting an innovation or development proposal in the field of HR. In this way, I understand the needs of the organization and the needs of people and I can evaluate them all together.

After 3 years at Mobillium, although my work seems to be changing, I am expanding my perspective a little for our only goal, “success”.

From November 2022 I’m working as a Business Manager beside of my People & Culture Team Lead Position. Most important things about to taking this role in Mobillium are my knowledge what’s behind our actions, deep knowledge of sector, knowing our competitors and seeing our team’s power!

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

Looking back, I didn’t see anything to give advice to myself or my team. But if I had to say something, I would say to myself that it is best to learn the basics of Finance early.

What problem does your business solve?

We bring a fresh perspective to our customer’s problems through our agile design and development process that accelerates their time to market and ensures them launch the right product for the right people at the right time.

What is the inspiration behind your business?

Sources of our inspiration were transforming businesses through creative experiences – expanding linear stories into immersive narratives, turning emerging brands into category leaders, and crafting creative executions that define genres.

We help our customers who have difficulties in accessing advanced technology to achieve technological advantages, provide companies with a competitive advantage, help them reduce costs and accelerate development.

What is your magic sauce?

Our team and our knowledge are keys of our business.

With these capabilities, in addition to category-leading applications, we develop products that create the common point of business goals and meet the needs of project owners and also users.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?

We believe we will achieve our targets about location independence and financial welfare for our team.

To achieve this goal, we are working on expand our jobs to global customers who need digital solutions for their business.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

Turnover rates and financial difficulties in our country have put a lot of pressure on us. But we manage to resist it.

We put our team first to reduce turnover rates. Every decision we make, every step we take is based on protecting our team values.

We believe if we can protect the team, we can protect our partners.

How do people get involved/buy into your vision?

Honestly, all of our partnerships in these 8 years came with suggestions from other partners. Our success and quality spread by word of mouth.

From now on, we want to cooperate with companies especially outside Turkey in the fields of digital banking, digital wallet, fintech and e-commerce.
