I want to empower employers to create a workplace wellbeing culture, To allow employees be part of a culture of permission to look after their health and wellbeing.

I educated individuals on health and wellbeing to enable them cope with uncertainties in life, build confidence to try new and different challenges and make the most of opportunities that come along in their personal and work life.

Tell us about yourself?

I decided many years ago having suffered burnout in the workplace to study, the why and how, this happens.

More importantly how I was going to heal my body and support my physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I started off studying coaching to help me on my journey to where I wanted to be.

After I qualified as a mentor coach, I graduated from the Institute of Health Sciences. I then went on to receive a postgraduate in Workplace Wellness Health Promotion in NUI Galway, Ireland.

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

If I could go back in time, I would say to myself believe in myself more. Imposter syndrome can slow you down.

What problem does your business solve?

The wellness guru mission is help you with nutrition, lifestyle, environment, sleep, and hope to provide you with the toolkit to support your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Prevention is always better than the cure.

What is the inspiration behind your business?

Helping people feel good aboout themselves. Life is busy i want to show individuals how to prioritse their health and wellbeing.

What is your magic sauce?

Having spent many years in corporate roles, I always knew I wanted to support organisations to create a workplace wellness culture to empower employees in the workplace.

After several years in the health and wellness industry been introduced many a time, as the wellness guru I set up my health and wellness business “Wellness Guru.”. My magic sauce is I believe in you .

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?

To continue to support companies and individuals on their health and wellbeing journey. In 2023 I am launching the Wellness Shop to enhance the Wellness Guru

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

Finances is always a challnege. I have an extraordinary vision with a small budget

How do people get involved/buy into your vision?

I would like continue to work with Global companies to inspire their employees. In addtion work with business partners to enhance the wellness expierience of my exsistng clients.
